Quiet Fox Princess Studs

Two ears. One face. That is the whole fox. A princess-cut lab-grown diamond is turned on its point so that the square stands as a diamond: a point at the crown, a point at the chin, the two ears rising from the slopes between. Along those two upper edges, two small triangular ears are cast into the setting, one either side of the top prong, polished on the outside and softly brushed within, the way an ear is pale inside. No eyes, no whiskers, no tail. At a glance it is a geometric stud; a second look finds the animal. The face stands about 9 mm tall at 1 ct and sits neatly on the lobe on a straight post with a push-back closure. Choose 1 or 2 ct per ear, in 18K yellow, rose or white gold, PT950 platinum or S925 sterling silver. Each pair is made to order and finished within ten working days.

Design
A princess-cut lab-grown diamond is turned on its point and held in four corner prongs, so the square reads as a fox's face. Two small solid triangular ears rise from the upper edges of the setting, one either side of the top prong, which rests in the notch between them. The outer faces are high-polished, the inner faces satin-brushed. Each stud sits close and upright on the lobe, on a straight post with a push-back closure.
