Refund policy

All Aetheris jewelry is made to order in the metal, stone size and ring size you choose. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please check your ring size and selections carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, write to aetheristechhk@gmail.com before you buy and we will help.

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will repair it free of charge.
