Shipping policy

Every Aetheris piece is made to order. Production takes 10 working days from the day your order is confirmed.

We ship by air with tracking, free of charge, to addresses in the United States. When your parcel leaves our workshop in Hong Kong we will email you the tracking number. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier.

Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
