Shipping policy

Every Aetheris piece is made to order. Production takes at least 10 working days after your order is confirmed. We will confirm the expected dispatch date for your piece.

We ship worldwide by air with tracking. Shipping rates: Standard HK$50, free on orders of HK$10,000 or more; Express HK$200, free on orders of HK$15,000 or more. If you shop in another currency, checkout shows the converted amount before you pay. When your parcel ships from Hong Kong, we will email you the tracking number. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier.

Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
