Most jewelry is made in advance, finished and boxed, and then waits for someone to find it. Aetheris works the other way around. A piece begins only when an order arrives, shaped by the choices made on its product page. That approach asks for a little patience and a little care at the start, and in return the jewelry that reaches you was made for your order alone. Here is how the process unfolds, from the first choice to the moment the parcel arrives.
First, the design
Everything starts with a design you love. The full collection of Aetheris designs spans rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets, each one drawn around a particular diamond shape, from round and oval to pear, marquise, princess, emerald and heart. Read the product story, study the silhouette, and consider how and when you will wear the piece. A design worn every day asks different things from one reserved for evenings. If two designs tug at you equally, there is no need to rush; a piece made for you rewards an unhurried decision.
Then, your choices
Once the design is settled, the product page guides you through a few decisions:
- Metal. Each design can be made in 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold, 18K white gold, PT950 platinum or sterling silver. At Aetheris, PT950 platinum is priced slightly below 18K gold for the same design, and sterling silver is the most affordable choice. Our guide to gold, platinum and silver explains how they differ.
- Diamond weight. Every design has its own diamond weight options, listed on its page.
- Size. Ring sizes run from US 5 to US 10 with every half size between, and our ring size guide converts international sizes. Bracelets are chosen by length in centimeters.
- Design details. Some pieces add one more choice, such as a letter or number for the Round Initial Pendant, or the diamond shape for the One-Stone Cuban Bracelet.
Diamond weight options are written in a way that reflects each design. Some list single figures, such as 1ct, 2ct, 3ct and 5ct. Earrings usually show the pair, as in 1ct+1ct. Other designs combine two figures, as in 0.2ct+1ct, or show several stones of the same weight, as in 0.3ct*5=1.5ct. Read them on the page of the piece you are ordering, since no two designs are quite alike.
Before you place the order
Because a made-to-order piece is created for you alone, this is the moment to pause and check. Diamond color, clarity and grading-report details vary from stone to stone, so if they matter to you, email aetheristechhk@gmail.com to confirm them for your chosen diamond before ordering. Measure your ring size or wrist carefully, and read through your selections once more.

Ten working days in the making
Production takes 10 working days from order confirmation. Aetheris Technology Co., Limited produces loose lab-grown diamonds, and every piece begins with a stone Aetheris has selected. These diamonds are grown above ground rather than mined, yet they share the crystal structure, hardness and brilliance of mined diamonds; only their origin differs.
If you are ordering for a date that matters, count backward from it. Allow the 10 working days of production, then the air journey to your address and any time the parcel spends with customs. Working days do not usually include weekends or public holidays, so a calendar with a comfortable margin is the kindest plan.
Making to order also means nothing is produced simply to fill a display case. Each piece exists because someone chose it, which feels like the right beginning for jewelry meant to be worn for many years and, one day, perhaps passed on.
From Hong Kong to your door
When your piece is finished, it ships by air with tracking from Hong Kong to addresses worldwide, and a tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch. Import duties and taxes, where your country applies them, are paid by the recipient. Services and rates are explained in our shipping policy.
When the parcel arrives, open it and look the piece over. If you find a defect or damage from transit, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos, and the piece will be repaired free of charge.
